DMCA Takedown Policy

Overview

SaveClip respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

Important Information

  • SaveClip does not permanently host or store any copyrighted content.
  • All downloaded files are temporarily cached and automatically deleted within 1 hour.
  • The Service processes only publicly available content from third-party platforms.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their downloads comply with copyright laws.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) where the content was accessed through our Service.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Response Timeline

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include blocking the reported URL from being processed by our Service.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or blocked, you may submit a counter-notification with the required information under the DMCA. Send counter-notifications to dmca@saveclip.io.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
